Tax Collector

The tax collector is an elected official of the Township. It is the responsibility of the tax collector to collect all Montgomery County, Upper Frederick Township and Boyertown Area School District taxes in Upper Frederick Township.

The tax collector currently maintains a separate office at 1256 Faust Road, Perkiomenville, PA 18074. Office hours are March 1st to October 31st on Tuesdays from 6:00 pm to 8:00 pm. Additional hours can be made by appointment.

Note:

• Montgomery County and Upper Frederick Township Real Estate taxes are on a calendar year.
• Boyertown Area School District is on a fiscal year. (July 1st to June 30th.)
• Per Capita taxes are a personal tax paid by the residents 18 years of age and older, these taxes are not generally handled by the mortgage company.

All Real Estate and Per Capita taxes must be paid by December 31st of each year.
