The Preagenda Meeting of the Upper
Frederick Township Board of Supervisors was called to order by the Chairman at 7:00 PM. Attending were
Michael Frederick, Chairman; Robert Young, Vice-Chairman; Jackie Tallon, Township Manager; and Sherry Zawada,
Administrative Assistant.
Approval of
Minutes
Mr. Young made a motion to approve
the Minutes from the November 5, 2009 Board of Supervisors Preagenda meeting. Mr. Frederick seconded and the
motion passed unanimously.

Ms. Tallon stated that these

Perkiomen Crossing WWTP
Upgrade
A meeting/training session was
scheduled for December 3, 2009 at 8:00 AM.
Ms. Tallon stated that this matter
will be placed on the agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on December 10,
2009.
Perkiomen Crossing Water
Pipe Failure
The matter will be placed on the
agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on December 10, 2009.
Wayland Park
An estimate for the survey was
submitted for the Board's review.

Colonial Road
Project
The matter will be placed on the
agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on December 10, 2009.
Amusement Tax
Ordinance
The matter will be placed on the

Zoning/SALDO
Amendments
A hearing in this matter is
scheduled for the regular Board of Supervisors meeting on January 14, 2010.
T Mobile Cell
Tower
The matter will be placed on the
agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on December 10, 2009.
107 Colonial Road -
Fire
A fire took place on November 3,
2009 at 107 Colonial Road in an apartment above a garage. The apartment was not a permitted
use. Citations have been issued to the property owners. This matter will be placed on the
agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on December 10, 2009.
Building
Expansion
Ms. Tallon stated that she will
have information regarding the potential Township Building expansion in the near future.
Outdoor Wood
Heaters
A discussion took place regarding
outdoor wood heaters which are located in Upper Frederick Township.
2010 Proposed
Budget
Ms. Tallon stated that the 2010
proposed budget has been advertised and is available for public review. It is scheduled to be adopted at the
year end meeting on December 29, 2009.
2009 Budget
Amendment
A discussion took place regarding
the budget amendments contemplated for 2009. The Treasurer will have the amendment ready for
review next week.
Amend Fee
Resolution
The matter will be placed on the
agenda for the next regularly scheduled Board of Supervisors meeting on December 10, 2009.
NEW
BUSINESS
Change assisted recycling
for December to 12/19
Ms. Tallon stated that because of
the holiday the assisted recycling for the month of December needs to be changed from December 26 to December
19. The Board agreed with this request.

ADJOURNMENT
Mr. Young motioned and Mr. Frederick
seconded the motion to adjourn the regular meeting and convene to executive session at 7:56 PM.

seconded the motion to adjourn the executive session and reconvene the regular meeting at 9:43 PM.
Personnel issues were
discussed.
