Upper Frederick Township's Board of Supervisors is dedicated to preserving and protecting the beautiful rural character of the township and as such, has established a Board of Parks and Recreation consisting of 5 members who serve for 5-year terms.
The Planning Commission is a five member board, whose members conduct a thorough review of proposed subdivisions, sketch plans and land development plans.
The tax collector is an elected official of the Township. It is the responsibility of the tax collector to collect all Montgomery County, Upper Frederick Township and Boyertown Area School District taxes in Upper Frederick Township.
The Zoning Hearing Board is a three member board, responsible for enforcing the Zoning Ordinance of Upper Frederick Township.
